Viserion

TLS appointment monitor that messages you the moment a slot opens

TLScontact releases appointment slots in small batches at unpredictable times, and they're usually taken within a few minutes. Viserion checks your route continuously and sends you a Telegram message with the date and time as soon as a slot appears, so you can go and book it.

A Telegram message from the Viserion bot: slots found for Manchester to France, ten times on 22 June and one on 16 July, with a link to book on TLScontact

Why the calendar usually looks empty

  1. 1

    Slots appear at unpredictable times

Someone cancels, or a centre releases a batch. It happens at any time of day, including the middle of the night.

  2. 2

    They're taken within minutes

A lot of people are refreshing the same page, so a slot that appears is usually booked within a few minutes.

  3. 3

So checking by hand shows an empty calendar

Even on routes where slots are opening regularly. If you check a few times a day, you're just looking at the wrong moments.

Monitoring replaces that with a program that checks every few seconds and tells you as soon as something shows up.

Telegram chat with the Viserion bot. Two slot notifications for Manchester to France at 12:10 and 12:12 AM, then a message at 12:14 saying no more slots are available
A real example from one night: two slots appeared at 12:10 and 12:12 AM and were gone by 12:14.

How it works

Step 1

Choose your route

Pick the country you're applying from, your destination, and the visa centre. That's all the bot needs.

Step 2

We check on our side

On busy routes we check every few seconds. On routes with fewer users the interval is longer, usually two to three minutes. Nothing runs on your phone and you don't need to keep anything open.

Step 3

You get a message

It includes the date, time and appointment type, plus a link to TLScontact. You log in and book the slot yourself.

Filters

You can narrow down what you're notified about, so you only get messages for slots you would actually take.

Earliest date

Ignore anything before a date you set. Useful if you're still waiting on a document.

Working days from today

Only show slots that leave you at least a set number of working days to prepare. This counts working days, not calendar days.

Latest date

Ignore anything after a date you set, for example your travel date.

Appointment types

Choose whether to include Prime Time, Prime Time Weekend and Premium slots. These carry an extra fee at TLScontact, so some people prefer to leave them out.

What we don't need from you

No TLScontact login

Monitoring uses our own TLScontact accounts, so we don't ask for your login.

No personal details

We don't need your name, passport details or anything from your application. An order is just a route and your date preferences.

No card to start

The free 24 hours doesn't require payment details. If you pay for monitoring later, the payment goes through Telegram, so we never see your card.

A few other details

It runs around the clock

Monitoring doesn't stop at night, at weekends, or on public holidays.

You can change it at any time

Change the route, adjust the filters or pause notifications from the same chat, without contacting anyone.

Routes

We monitor a growing list of TLScontact visa centres. Open the bot and pick your country, destination and centre to see whether yours is covered. If it isn't listed, message support and we'll consider adding it.

Pricing

Free trial

Free

24 hours, once

It's the same service as a paid order. No card, nothing to cancel.

Monitoring

$18.99/ 14 days

One payment, no auto-renewal

Monitoring stops after 14 days, and you can buy another period if you still need it.

We can't guarantee you'll get a slot. What monitoring does is make sure you hear about slots as soon as they open, which is the part that's difficult to do on your own.

Booking on your behalf

Getting a notification is one thing. Being logged in and ready to book within a couple of minutes is another, especially when slots appear overnight.

On some routes we can handle the booking for you. This is arranged individually through support rather than in the bot.

It needs your TLScontact account
Unlike monitoring, we book as you, so we need access to your account.
We take on a limited number at a time
Each one is set up by hand, which is why you have to ask rather than press a button.
The price depends on the route
We quote before anything starts.

Questions

How does the free trial work?
You get 24 hours of monitoring, once, with the same features as a paid order. We watch your route and message you if a slot opens. No card, nothing to cancel.
Why do I never see any slots when I check?
Most of the time there aren't any. Slots are released in batches and taken quickly, so unless you happen to look at the right moment the calendar looks empty. That's what monitoring is for.
How often do you check?
Every few seconds on busy routes, and every two to three minutes on routes with fewer users. You'll normally hear about a slot within seconds of it appearing.
Do you book the appointment for me?
Not as part of monitoring. We send you the slot and you book it on TLScontact yourself. Booking on your behalf is a separate service arranged through support.
What are the appointment types?
Standard is the regular TLScontact appointment with no extra fee. Prime Time, Prime Time Weekend and Premium are paid upgrades for early-morning, evening or weekend slots. You choose which ones to monitor.
What if no slot appears in 14 days?
You can buy another 14 days whenever you want. Many people hear about a slot within a few days, but busy routes can take longer.
What happens when my 14 days end?
Monitoring stops and the bot lets you know. You can renew whenever you like.
Do you offer refunds?
No. There's no recurring charge, so there's nothing to cancel, and if something isn't working we'd rather you message us so we can sort it out.
Are you affiliated with TLScontact?
No. Viserion is an independent service that checks TLScontact appointment pages. We're not an agency and we don't represent TLScontact or any government.
